HOW DOES PSYCHOTERAPY WORK?
It’s a confidential and professional ethics approach. The psychotherapist cannot tell anyone what was said in the sessions.

 

The psychotherapist will work alongside of the client’s needs, to determine which approach would work best for you.

 

It is a place for you to focus on yourself (worries, fears and etc) and a place for me to listen to you attentively and empathetically without judging and asking you questions that can lead you to the answers hidden within you. It is a time for you to share whatever it is on your mind and to have a great source of relief.

 

HOW LONG DOES THERAPY LAST?

 

It depends on both the type of problem to be dealt with as while as the client’s engagement in the process.
